We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hospital Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

Key responsibilities include managing hospital facilities, leading staff, implementing policies, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
The role also requires fostering a patient-centred environment and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a hospital manager located around the Ososami Area of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The hospital manager will oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring quality care delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills for interaction with staff, patients, and stakeholders
Experience required: 2-4 years of experience
Knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field.
Proven leadership and organisational abilities
Customer service skills with a commitment to ensuring high patient satisfaction
Strong expertise in practice management and hospital management
Experience in budgeting to manage financial resources effectively

Renumeration Pay
N170,000 - N200,000 monthly.
