Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and build a career within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs across different departments
• Assist in daily business operations and administrative tasks
• Support senior team members on projects and assignments
• Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations
• Learn company processes, policies, and industry standards
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Provide support in customer service, sales, HR, or operationally
• Monitor and report on assigned tasks and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or HND) in a relevant field
• 0–2 years of work experience (NYSC can count as experience)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
