FTTH Project HC Team Regional Manager

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: FTTH Project Quality Director

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Manage regional installation teams and subcontractor resources to ensure delivery quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with customers and project stakeholders to resolve on-site delivery issues.
• Be responsible for regional HC team management and delivery achievement of the MTN FTTH project, and take ownership of regional delivery results.
• Be familiar with MTN FTTH broadband installation processes and organize on-site installation, activation, and acceptance activities.
• Be proficient in MTN customer systems and ticketing systems, and drive ticket closure and issue resolution.
• Be responsible for regional delivery progress, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction management.
• Prepare regional delivery reports and drive project KPI achievement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in regional management and team management.
• Strong communication, coordination, execution, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with MTN broadband installation processes and customer systems.
• Experience in telecom, broadband, or FTTH project delivery; MTN project experience is preferred.
• Experience in managing installation teams and subcontractors.
• Diploma or above is preferred; candidates with relevant project experience may be considered with flexible academic requirements.
• Able to adapt to regional site management and overseas project environments.
