Tastee Fried Chicken was founded by Olayinka Pamela Adedayo. It began as an extension of Tastee Pot, an outdoor catering company serving Nigerian and continental food at special events. The catering company still exists as Tastee Fried Chicken's catering operation. In 1997 Mrs. Adedayo incorporated Tastee Fried Chicken and opened her first location in Surulere, Lagos State. She based her restaurant on the business model of the American fast food chicken restaurant Kentucky Fried Chicken, where she had previously worked as a manager. Since opening its first location, it has grown to 14 restaurants.

Today, Tastee Fried Chicken has 8 TTC(Tastee Turbo Café) with others in different locations across Lagos State and still growing. It is a Place for career growth and development.

Job Title: Frozen Unit Store Manager

Location: Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Accountabilities

• Maintain regular contact with finishing outlet managers to ensure satisfaction with the product and to elicit ideas for improvement.
• Distribution and record-keeping of requested Central Processing Unit raw materials for operation in the company
• Adherence to processes, standard operating procedures and policies.
• Ensures appropriate level of staff in Central Processing Unit at all times.
• Provides recommendations to the line manager on the operations, procedure or organizational improvements and increased efficiencies.
• Develop, implement and monitor procedures for compliance with all legislation and company policies relating to food safety.
• Provide timely and accurate information that will allow the Central Processing Unit team to produce; supply & distribute prepared raw materials and ice cream products in a cost-effective manner.
• Ensure Clean and sterilize factory processing areas vats daily.
• Ensures recipes and formulas for products that have a very specific texture, color, flavor and clarity are strictly followed.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Monitors Central Processing Unit workflow. Receives and delegates work to the Central Processing team
• Performs support Analyst functions and duties where necessary, to support the Central Processing Unit workload.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Central Processing team and motivates team members.
• Record test and production data for every product batch, including information regarding test results, temperature, time cycle and ingredients utilized.
