Field Merchandiser

Locations: Tradefair and Mushin Market, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Resell for the distributor
• Ensure products are properly displayed in stores.
• Increase product visibility and brand awareness.
• Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback.
• Submit daily market reports and product visibility pictures.

Requirements

• 30 - 35 years old and ability to speak English fluently.
• Interested candidates should possess an FSLC / NCE / OND qualification

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in using smartphones for reporting and taking product visibility pictures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare and submit accurate reports.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
