Factory Officer

Location: Zaria, Kaduna

Role Summary

• Coordinate daily factory activities to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
• You’ll own the shift floor and drive output with zero compromise on safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety procedures
• Plan and supervise daily production shifts to meet tonnage and quality targets
• Monitor equipment utilization and minimize unplanned downtime
• Prepare daily production reports: output, losses, downtime, labor utilization

Requirements

• Basic troubleshooting and team leadership ability
• HND / B.Eng in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Production Engineering.
• OND + experience considered
• 3+ years in factory/production supervision, food/grain processing preferred
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing is an advantage.
