We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: End User Support Engineer

Location: Akwa Ibom

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose hardware and software faults and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Configure and manage user profiles, email accounts, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users both onsite and remotely.
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware, printers, and other end-user devices.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an End User Support, IT Support, or Helpdesk role.
