Role Overview
- We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technician with high capability to deliver high-quality training programs for motorcycle and power product repairs.
- The ideal candidate should possess practical experience in these fields and the ability to effectively teach and mentor others.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs on motorcycle and power product repair.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure training content is current.
- Support trainees with ongoing mentorship and guidance.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to individuals and groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to learners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Trade test certification or equivalent qualifications in motorcycle and power product repair.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in motorcycle and power product repair.
- Proven experience as a trainer or educator in a technical field.
