Job Summary


  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relation Officer to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry.
  • This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact between clients and our company, facilitating communication and fostering trust.
  • You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing detailed information on our security and investigation solutions.
  • This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments to ensure that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • As a Client Relation Officer, you will also contribute valuable feedback to help improve our service offerings and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as security operations and investigation units to fulfill client requirements effectively.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our security and investigation services to clients.
  • Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development efforts.
  • Monitor client accounts and follow up to ensure issues are resolved and services meet client expectations.
  • Gather client feedback to identify areas for service improvement and report insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or account management, ideally within the security or investigations sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts constructively.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client information.
