Job Summary
- We are seeking ambitious, results-driven fresh graduates to join our Consumer Lending Program.
- This role is designed to develop high-potential talents into skilled lending professionals responsible for originating, assessing, and managing consumer loan portfolios while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new customers for consumer lending products (personal loans, salary loans, asset finance, etc.)
- Conduct basic credit analysis and financial assessments of prospective clients
- Promote and cross-sell lending products to meet assigned targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor loan performance and follow up on repayments to minimize default rates
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure seamless loan processing
- Participate in field marketing, client visits, and sales campaigns
Program Objectives
- Equip graduates with practical knowledge of consumer lending and credit risk management
- Develop sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Build a pipeline of future leaders within the lending and retail banking space
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) in any discipline (Finance, Economics, Business Administration preferred)
- 0–1 year of work experience (NYSC completion or in progress may be required)
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and financial services
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
