Job Position: Associate Project Manager

Overview
- Join us as an Associate Project Manager where you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across our business divisions.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals.
- This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to key business initiatives.
Principal Duties
The successful candidate will support project planning, coordination, and execution across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Developing project timelines, work plans, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key outcomes and action items.
- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Assist with resource planning and coordination across project teams.
- Support the evaluation and improvement of project processes and workflows.
Qualifications
We are interested in intelligent and highly motivated individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Typing speed 40WPM.
