Job Title: Analyst, Mobile Development

Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Remote / Hybrid)

About the Role

• The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in mobile application development using Flutter and Dart, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality cross-platform mobile solutions.
• We are seeking a motivated and passionate Analyst, Mobile Development with experience in Flutter development to join our Application Development Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with established coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable and high-performing applications.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers, UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement application features and enhancements.
• Contribute to technical documentation, including system designs, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in Flutter, Dart, and mobile application development.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and user experience.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Working knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycle and deployment processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Experience:

• Demonstrable experience through professional work, internships, freelance engagements, or personal projects.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in mobile application development using Flutter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodology.
• Experience working with Firebase or similar backend services.
• Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
• Knowledge of state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month.
