We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Analyst, Business Support

Location: Lagos

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Compliance professional to support the Group’s global governance, compliance, and corporate administration activities.
  • Experience in corporate administration, entity management, corporate restructuring, regulatory filings, KYC/compliance, or company secretarial support is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative, compliance, and CoSec support to the legal team.
  • Draft board minutes, written resolutions, and maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
  • Support statutory filings and corporate registry submissions across multiple jurisdictions (UK, Singapore, Bermuda, India, etc.) and prepare required corporate documentation.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, legal counsel, and corporate service providers.
  • Support intragroup restructurings.
  • Conduct KYC/AML onboarding and compliance checks on third parties.
  • Assist with entity management and corporate administration for a global SPV portfolio.
  • Coordinate cross?border incorporations, dissolutions, and corporate changes.
  • Maintain departmental trackers, databases, and filing systems.
  • Prepare and provide KYC documentation and group structure charts to banks, counterparties, and service providers.

Requirements
Experience & Exposure:

  • Familiarity with cross-border corporate changes, restructurings, joint ventures, or interaction with overseas/ship registries (advantageous).
  • Exposure to company secretarial duties, statutory filings, and corporate registry submissions.
  • Hands-on experience with corporate authorities, board documentation, and KYC/compliance processes.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal, compliance, corporate services, or financial services environment (experience in shipping, commodities, finance, or SPV-heavy groups is an advantage).
