Tender Analyst

Overall Purpose of the Job

• To drive winning tender submissions and ensure full compliance with Nigerian Content requirements by providing analytical, technical, and administrative support across the bid lifecycle.
• The role integrates market intelligence, bid coordination, and regulatory compliance to strengthen competitiveness, support business development strategy, and safeguard adherence to NCDMB regulations throughout project delivery.

Principal Accountabilities

• Develop and implement project-specific Nigerian Content Plans covering manpower, materials, services, training, and equipment.
• Coordinate end-to-end tender processes for ITTs, EOIs, and RFPs, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate NC records and reporting procedures for audits.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate market trends and customer insights.
• Manage timely submission of NC applications, monthly reports, and statutory deliverables to NCDMB.
• Provide administrative support including document control, reproduction, and maintenance of tender/NC libraries.
• Prepare and maintain responsibility matrices for all approved tenders.
• Liaise with BDM, Engineering, and the other internal stakeholders to compile compliant technical and commercial inputs.
• Perform ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 5 years experience.
