Job Summary
- The Technical Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all technical operations including site assessments, system installations, maintenance, and after-sales support across all branches.
- The role ensures high-quality service delivery, technical accuracy, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining standards in installation and post-installation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems across assigned locations.
- Conduct site assessments and recommend suitable solar solutions based on customer requirements.
- Ensure all installations comply with company quality, safety, and technical standards.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines.
- Supervise and guide Technical Executives and Technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain accurate installation, maintenance, and technical service reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform other technical duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in solar installations, electrical systems, or technical services
- Experience managing technical teams is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and electrical installations
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to supervise and train technical staffGood communication and reporting skill.
Salary
N400,000 Monthly.
