• Define strategy for Games Ecosystem across communities, creator platform, and growth.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities across player experience, community, creators.
• Build a roadmap balancing consumer experiences, community-native features, tools.
• Improve discovery, distribution, and revisit of games and game-adjacent experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ship durable ecosystem improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams from strategy to shipped product.

???? Requirements

• Experience leading ambiguous product strategy in games, communities, creator ecosystems, developer platforms, social products.
• Strong product sense for games that are compelling, social, and community-native.
• Ability to reason across players, fans, communities, moderators, creators, developers, partners, and internal teams.
• Comfortable with both consumer product questions and technical platform questions.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative evidence to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and measure product loops.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Community, DevRel, Partnerships, Policy, Trust/Safety.
