Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven Building block and concrete products Manufacturing Site Manager with a s knowledge of demand and supply management.
• The ideal candidate will oversee daily plant operations, ensure efficient production planning, manage raw material supply, and align output with market demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the block manufacturing site
• Plan production schedules based on demand forecasts
• Monitor and control supply of raw materials and inventory levels
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and cost efficiency
• Supervise site staff and coordinate logistics for timely delivery
• Analyse demand trends to optimise production and minimise waste

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction, or operations management (preferred but not essential) with 0-1 year experience.
• Experience in block/concrete manufacturing or similar industry preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
• Knowledge of supply chain and demand planning. (preferred but not essential.
• Good leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
