About You

• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of signage projects, supervising installation teams, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting field operations across multiple locations.
• The Signage Operator (Installation) will oversee the installation, maintenance, and removal of indoor and outdoor advertising materials.
• This role is best suited for a technically skilled individual with practical experience in signage installation and outdoor advertising operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support other operational activities within the outdoor advertising business as assigned.
• Install, maintain, repair, and remove indoor and outdoor signages, billboards, banners, branding materials, and related advertising structures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to signage structures, lighting, and mounting systems.
• Handle the installation and maintenance of illuminated signages, lighting systems, and other electrical components associated with advertising displays.
• Coordinate and supervise installation crews, contractors, and field technicians when required.
• Monitor the condition of installed signages and recommend maintenance or replacement where necessary.
• Maintain installation tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are properly utilized and stored.
• Prepare field reports, installation records, maintenance logs, and status updates.
• Conduct site inspections and assess installation requirements before project execution.
• Ensure all installations are completed according to specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, landlords, vendors, and regulatory authorities during project execution when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of indoor and outdoor signage systems, mounting techniques, and maintenance procedures.
• Physically fit and willing to travel to project locations as required.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
• Ability to supervise field teams and coordinate multiple installation projects.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and working at heights.
• Ability to read installation drawings, measurements, and site specifications.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' practical experience in signage installation, outdoor advertising operations, branding, fabrication, or related technical field.
• Experience working with illuminated signages, electrical fittings, and lighting components is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic electrical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of fabrication materials and signage production processes.
• Experience in outdoor advertising, media, branding, or construction-related operations.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
