Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee daily logistics operations, coordinate transportation activities, and ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely execution of assignments.
• Liaise with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate operational records.
• Monitor fleet and driver activities to ensure compliance with schedules.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience** in logistics, transportation, or operations management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or logistics management systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must be between 25 and 30 years of age.

Salary
N250,000 Net per month.
