Job Title: Maintenance Technician (IMA Corazza)

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in IMA Corazza packaging machines to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on IMA Corazza packaging machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation
- Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of packaging equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Ensure machines operate at optimal efficiency with minimal downtime
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance of packaging machines, preferably IMA Corazza equipment
- Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, and automation
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in FMCG or food processing industry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
