Job Title: Junior Frontend Engineer

Who We’re Looking For
- We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer (React Native / React) who is early in their career but hungry to grow fast.
- You don’t need to know everything, but you must:
- Care about clean, usable products
- Be willing to learn quickly
- Take ownership of what you build
- You’ll work closely with Engineers, product managers and designers to bring our fintech products to life.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship user-facing features across mobile (React Native) and web (React)
- Turn designs and wireframes into clean, functional UI
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
- Work with the team to ship features quickly and reliably
- Continuously learn and apply better frontend engineering practices
- Fix bugs and improve performance across devices
- Contribute to improving code quality, structure and best practices
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- You ship features that work and improve over time

- You take feedback well and apply it
- You start owning small parts of the product end-to-end.
What You’ll Need (Core Requirements)
- 1–3 years of experience in Frontend or Mobile Development
- Working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Familiarity with APIs (REST) and how the frontend connects to the Backend
- Experience using Git for version control
- Ability to debug issues and think through problems logically.
- Experience with React OR React Native
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive design
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience with, or exposure to, Fintech and Financial services, Payments or related financial products
- Familiarity with state management (e.g. Redux, Zustand, Context API)
- Experience shipping an app (personal, academic or professional).
- Experience with TypeScript
- Understanding of performance optimization on mobile
