Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Investment & Funds Mobilization Manager to drive fund sourcing, build strong investor networks, and support the company’s liquidity and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize funds from individuals and corporate organizations
• Develop and maintain strong investor relationships
• Identify new markets and opportunities for business growth
• Promote investment products effectively
• Ensure a diversified and sustainable funding portfolio
• Provide recommendations on profitable investment opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s/professional certification is an advantage)
• 3–6 years of experience in financial services (treasury/market-facing roles)
• Proven track record in selling financial products and managing client portfolios
• Strong business development, cold calling & client retention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N300,000 - N700,000 per month.
