Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural and interior design projects, as well as supporting general project development activities from concept to execution.
• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Surulere, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning, coordination, and development activities.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations and standards.
• Create functional and aesthetically appealing interior design concepts.
• Develop architectural designs and drawings for residential and commercial projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in architectural design software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• B.Sc. in Architecture.
• Strong creativity, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
