Role Overview

• As a Full-Stack Web Developer & Graphic Designer, you will play a dual role, blending technicalexpertisein web development with creativeproficiencyin graphic design.
• You will work closely with our team to develop andmaintainuser-friendly web applications while also creating visually appealing graphic designs that enhance userexperienceand align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Web Development:

• Design, develop, andmaintainresponsive, user-centric websites and web applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP).
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and server-side applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug tooptimizeperformance and fix bugs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional features.

Graphic Design:

• Create compelling visual assets, including web layouts, UI elements, logos, banners, and marketing materials.
• Develop cohesive branding materials and guidelines.
• Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma to design engaging visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure designs align with the overall strategy.
• Conduct user research and apply feedback to enhance design effectiveness.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering,Graphic Design or a related field
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Previousexperience in a similar dual role.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from10am–7pm WAT.

Technical Skills:

• Certified and proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with backend development using languages such as Node.js, Python,Java, or PHP.
• Certification andknowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Azure Fundamentals)
• Agile and Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster)
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with web hosting platforms and deployment tools.

Design Skills:

• Proficient in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or Figma.
• Strong portfolioshowcasingweb and graphic design projects.
• Understanding oftypography, color theory, and design principles.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design methodologies.
