Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
- This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who have a strong interest in finance, office administration, and supporting efficient business operations.
- The successful candidate will assist the finance team with financial transactions, record-keeping, and reporting, while also providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Coordinate office administration, scheduling, and internal correspondence.
- Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and general resources.
- Perform other finance-related and administrative duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
