• Plan and execute a calendar of Dandy-hosted events to drive new customer acquisition.
• Create scalable end-to-end event logistics: pre-event marketing, guest lists, onsite, follow-up.
• Identify and negotiate sponsorships with dental associations nationwide.
• Own field event performance reporting with data-driven insights.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align on event goals and onsite prep.
• Provide mentorship to a direct report and scale workflows.

???? Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing
• Proven success planning and managing field marketing events
• Exceptional project management — organized, detail-focused, results-driven.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build internal and external relationships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Salesforce experience preferred
