Job Position: Female Front Desk Officer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities


  • Welcome clients, visitors, and partners with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about shipments, tracking, and company services
  • Coordinate courier bookings and support walk-in customers
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures
  • Manage front desk documentation and basic administrative tasks
  • Support operations team with scheduling and internal coordination
  • Ensure the reception area reflects the company’s professional brand image

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of OND /HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and confident demeanor
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • High level of responsibility, discretion, and attention to detail.
