Job Title: Business Development Executive (Oil & Gas Construction)
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- We are currently seeking to recruit top-tier, high- performing professionals to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Aggressive hunting and conversion of new business opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
- Maintain deep market & competitor intelligence
- Achieve and exceed aggressive annual revenue & order book targets
- Build and nurture long-term strategic client relationships at senior level
- Develop and execute powerful annual BD strategy & sales pipeline
- Prepare very high-quality technical & commercial proposals / presentations
Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Quantity Surveying or related discipline (Second Class Upper preferred)
- Very strong existing network in IOC, indigenous operators, service companies & EPC contractors
- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, negotiation & closing skills
- Must be self-driven, target-oriented, resilient and comfortable with very high performance pressure.
- Minimum 5-8 years demonstrable business development / sales experience in Oil & Gas construction / maintenance / fabrication / specialized servicesProven track record of winning multi-million-dollar contracts
