Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and skilled dispatch rider to join our team in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry.
• You will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for transporting items safely and timely, enabling us to provide excellent service to our customers.
• As a dispatch rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient delivery of goods and packages to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the assigned vehicle.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatch team.
• Ensure the safety and security of the packages during transit.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle packages of various sizes.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with local roads and routes.
