What You'll Do

Provide feedback from the field to help improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.
Assist customers with account opening processes, ensuring compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
Promote and sell the bank’s products—such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, and digital banking services—to individuals and SMEs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
