Overview
- Tongston is looking for a Customer Insights, Product Analytics, QA & Impact Graduate Officer to support our Data, Research & Economics team.
- This role helps us understand how users engage with T-World and Tongston’s products & services, so we can improve product quality, user experience, and impact across Enterprise, Media, Finance, and Entrepreneurial Education.
- You will work with multiple teams to turn raw data, feedback, and QA signals into useful insights and action.
Roles & Responsibilities
THINK (Support Conceptualisation & Design):
- Support definition of user journeys and simple analytics requirements across T-World widgets and Tongston programmes (e.g. engagement, retention, conversion, learning outcomes).
- Help define and document KPIs and measurement frameworks aligned to Tongston’s four pillars and VIP outcomes.
- Support impact and QA planning by designing & documenting what needs to be measured, how it will be validated, and how feedback should flow back into product design, development & improvements.
- Support ethical & strategy appropriate design by applying privacy and governance thinking to analytics collection.
CREATE (Support Implementation):
- Collect, organise, and clean analytics and feedback data from approved sources/systems (e.g. dashboards, logs, reports, forms etc.).
- Maintain analytics trackers, definitions, and repositories (for instance KPI dictionaries, QA logs, feedback registers, change-recommendation logs).
- Support creation of charts/tables and simple dashboards using templates (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and Power BI tools where available).
- Support QA/feedback operations by helping track issues from user feedback to resolution status (for instance logging, categorising, and reporting trends).
- Produce reports & summaries that link user behaviour and feedback to product design, improvement development suggestions, under supervision.
SELL (Support Dissemination & Impact):
- Support preparation of analytics and impact outputs for internal updates, user and stakeholder materials (e.g. evidence packs, slide charts, data-story notes).
- Support teams (Media, Finance, Education, Strategy, Operations) by providing accurate metrics and referenced data & insights for media/info, investor relations, fundraising, and product & service enhancement, design & improvement.
- Keep analytics evidence well organised so it can be retrieved quickly when needed.
- Fulfil additional tasks as required by direct management.
- Fulfil additional tasks as required that are incidental to the above.
Knowledge, Skills & Attitude Requirements
Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Post graduate Certificate (or equivalent) in Data/Analytics, Statistics, Economics is required.
- A supplementary or base background in Finance, Computer Science, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields is useful.
- At least 6 months Work Experience either working on personal projects, school projects, competition / hackathon, volunteering, internship, apprenticeship or a full time engagement is welcome.
- Understanding of basic analytics concepts (KPIs, funnels, retention, cohorts, dashboards) and how organisations use data for decisions.
- Awareness of impact measurement and QA concepts (for instance indicators, validation, feedback loops).
- Basic awareness of data privacy and governance (for instance NDPA/NDPR principles, GDPR awareness, confidentiality).
- Understanding of Tongston’s education, enterprise, media, finance pillars; T-World and entrepreneurial thinking model is an advantage. We encourage you to take some time to go through our website and third party platforms for more information.
Technical Skills:
- Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets/Power BI): organising data, cleaning, formatting, calculations.
- Ability to build clear charts/tables and draft slide-ready summaries (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Ability to summarise trends and insights in clear writing.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured templates and processes.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple small tasks reliably.

What You’ll Get
- Salary: N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
