Description
- We are seeking a highly creative Content Creator & Brand Storyteller to help shape and grow a premium lifestyle and personal care brand through compelling visual storytelling.
- The ideal candidate is passionate about creating content that captures attention, builds communities, drives engagement, and influences consumer behaviour. They must understand how to transform everyday moments into powerful content that strengthens brand perception and delivers measurable business impact.
- This role is ideal for a creator who thrives on bringing ideas to life, identifying trends, producing high-quality content, and helping brands stand out in a competitive digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling:
- Develop engaging content that tells compelling brand stories across digital platforms.
- Create short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Transform brand activities, customer experiences, team moments, and campaigns into engaging content.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, educational content, testimonials, promotional campaigns, and lifestyle content.
Content Production:
- Lead the planning, filming, and production of video and photo content.
- Create high-quality reels, trend-based videos, interviews, storytelling content, and campaign assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and visual identity.
Creative Strategy & Ideation:
- Generate original content ideas that increase engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning.
- Research trends, audience behaviour, and emerging content opportunities.
- Recommend innovative content formats and creative approaches.
Video Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Add captions, graphics, transitions, and visual effects that enhance content performance.
- Deliver content within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Brand Growth & Engagement:
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute content campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience creating content for brands, businesses, or personal brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, storytelling, videography, and editing skills.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and digital content trends.
- Strong video production and editing skills.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar creative tools.
- Ability to independently conceptualize, create, and execute content ideas.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and creative thinking abilities.
- Experience creating content for lifestyle, beauty, wellness, hospitality, luxury, or consumer-facing brands is an advantage.
- Your portfolio will be weighted more heavily than your academic qualifications.
