• 3+ years designing and shipping web apps or distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Ruby.
• Full-stack comfort and API design.
• Experience with system architecture, databases, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with LLM APIs or AI-enhanced features.
• Deliver projects independently from problem to shipped solution.
