Job Description

• Play a key role in accelerating the transformation of AXA Mansard’s offerings and services using digital channels and services, with emphasis on mobile app development.

Key Accountabilities / Result Areas Responsibilities
Strategy:

• Provide high-level support to business users.
• Contribute to the strategic direction for the organization to ensure the achievement of growth in Retail/Mass Market and improvement in User Experience.
• Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
• Drive automation of internal processes to ensure increased operational efficiency and improve user experience.

Development:

• Performs routine health checks and monitors the performance of online and digital platforms, erver, network, and hosting environment.
• Ensure proper User Acceptance Testings are carried out on the development and launch of all products and features.
• Research and evaluate a variety of software products.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the AMIL Automation team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure continuous optimization of the effectiveness and experience of digital touch points.
• Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
• Facilitates the training of Users and development of training materials to bridge knowledge gaps.
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
• Package and support deployment of releases.
• Perform other duties as may be required from time to time

Qualifciations

• A good University Degree in Computer Science, Mathematical Sciences, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Must have 5-8 years cognate experience in systems, web and mobile developments.
