Its primary business includes the importation, storage, marketing and distribution of Bitumen, Bituminous products and Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Procurement Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Purpose

  • To support the Procurement Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing the procurement of goods and services in line with organizational requirements and budgets.
  • The role involves sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality materials.
  • The position ensures full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control procedures throughout the procurement cycle.
  • Additionally, it supports cost optimization initiatives and drives continuous improvement of procurement processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and value for money

Requirements
Required Qualification:

  • Minimum of BSc / HND Degree (or its equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related discipline.
  • Relevant professional certification or post graduate degree.

Required Experience:

  • 5- 8 years of cognate work experience with a minimum of 2 years at a senior level.
  • Working knowledge of MS Dynamics F&O (ERP) is desirable.
  • Practical experience within the manufacturing/construction or related sectors.
