Our work spans workforce resilience training, leadership continuity programmes, financial literacy, and mental wellness initiatives — built around practical, real-world outcomes for the institutions we serve.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support dispatch coordination and delivery tracking
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Respond to emails professionally and promptly
  • Handle basic data entry and record-keeping (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Draft, format, and proofread official correspondence (letters, memos, proposals) using company letterhead and templates
  • Manage document filing, both digital and physical

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook/Gmail
  • Previous admin/office experience is an advantage
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Candidates should possess an OND/HND in a relevant field
  • Must reside in Abuja or be willing to resume in Abuja.
  • Must know how to format official letters correctly (date, reference number, salutation, letterhead placement, signature block)
  • Strong written English
