Job Position: Vocational Training Services Officer

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and organized Vocational Training Services Officer to coordinate and support its vocational training programs.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee training activities, support instructors and trainees, and ensure the smooth delivery of skill acquisition programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage vocational training programs
  • Support instructors and ensure training schedules are followed
  • Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records
  • Assist in organizing workshops, practical sessions, and assessments
  • Ensure training materials and equipment are available and well-maintained
  • Liaise with management on program performance and improvements
  • Provide administrative support for training operations
  • Ensure compliance with institutional and training standards

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management or any related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in training coordination, administration, or operations
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office tools)

Added Advantage:

  • Experience working in a training institute or vocational center
  • Knowledge of skill acquisition programs (fashion, ICT, crafts, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of curriculum or training development
  • Strong administrative and reporting skills.
