Job Description

• The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving business goals through effective management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
• Coordinate staff training and development programs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
