Flex Film Africa Private Limited is the African arm of the global Flex Films group, specializing in manufacturing BOPET, BOPP, and other polymeric films for flexible packaging, with a major plant in Ogere, Ogun State, Nigeria, serving local markets with innovative, sustainable solutions like PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) films under the Asclepius™ brand. They are part of UFlex Ltd., a major player in the flexible packaging industry, offering advanced packaging films and catering to global demands from their strategically located plants.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment Executive

Location: Ogere, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Recruitment of lower level worker up to MST level for expatsoperations.
Undertake entire activities of on boarding
Able to develop working understanding with key stakeholders and deliver as per the line of expectation
Create talent pipeline to meet future manpower needs
Responsible for tracking the attendance of the employees
Carry out the recruitment process to meet the manpower requirements as per the existing approved manpower matrix.
And any other HR functionthat may be given to you.
Fill the gap within TAT of 30 days.
Prepare and maintain the absenteeism tracker in excel
Address gap areas in confirmation in coordination with the line managers
Ensure completion of paper work and various other formalities required such as clearance form, exit formalities etc.
Ensure full and final settlement of the employees within 3 days of resignation
Complete joining formalities of the new joiners.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
