Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female General Manager to oversee overall business operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure operational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will provide leadership across departments, manage resources effectively, and deliver strong financial and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency across departments
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Drive revenue growth and profitability
- Supervise departmental heads and ensure performance targets are met
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain key stakeholder and client relationships
- Lead recruitment, performance management, and staff development
- Monitor operational risks and implement corrective measures
- Report directly to the Board/MD on business performance.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5–8 years of management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue and operational excellence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Financial management and budgeting knowledge
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
