Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence while ensuring the seamless running of all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across rooms, F&B, and bar/nightclub.
• Lead, train, and motivate departmental heads and staff to achieve performance goals.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality systems.
• Drive revenue growth and cost control through strategic planning and innovation.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and operational logistics effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5?7 years of proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a multi-outlet property.
• Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of hotel operations systems and controls.
• Strategic mindset, and results-oriented attitude.

Salary
N300,000 ? N400,000 monthly (net) + performance-based incentives negotiable.
