Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Desk Officer to join our team.
• As a Desk Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, respond to phone inquiries
• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
• Provide administrative support to team members
• Handle mail, scan, and photocopy documents
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assignment.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 2 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / month.
