• AT Limited is currently seeking a highly skilled and CIRen-certified Civil Engineer for our client in the real estate sector.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and real estate development.
• This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent technical skills and the ability to oversee construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our real estate company in Abuja.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications
• This role involves collaboration with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to drive the successful completion of real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering plans for real estate projects, including residential and commercial properties.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with CIRen standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform structural analysis and ensure designs meet environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to construction processes and site conditions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in real estate or construction.
• CIRen certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, structural design, and construction management.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Nigerian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Goal-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Salary
N250,000 monthly Gross.
