Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant IT Manager to support the management of the company's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity systems, business applications, and manufacturing technology platfor
• The ideal candidate will ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems while supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, printers, databases, and communication systems.
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of IT systems supporting business and manufacturing operations.
• Support and administer ERP systems and other business-critical applications.
• Provide technical support and timely resolution of user issues across all departments.
• Monitor and maintain network security, data protection, and cybersecurity measures.
• Conduct system backups, disaster recovery tests, and vulnerability assessments.
• Support manufacturing systems such as ERP, MRP, MES, SCADA, and PLC interfaces.
• Coordinate software installations, upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
• Maintain IT documentation, licenses, asset registers, and system records.
• Generate reports on system performance, IT projects, security incidents, and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IT governance standards, and data protection regulations.
• Conduct periodic IT audits and risk assessments.
• Coordinate CCTV installation and maintenance activities with the Security Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant IT experience.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, production systems, and industrial automation environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, system administration, and IT infrastructure management.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• Other relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.
