We are looking for a smart, creative, and ambitious individual to help us achieve our goals. As a Sales/CS Team Lead, you’ll be leading a team of Sales Representatives to grow The/Studio’s customer base and provide the best customer experience. You’ll play a key role in building our team and helping us set, drive, and execute on our ambitious revenue goals.

This is a 100% remote opportunity from anywhere in the world.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Representatives and set the tone by fostering a culture of excellence, hard work, creativity, and accountability.
  • Analyze the team’s productivity and quality, and identify areas for improvement to ensure that targets are met.
  • Recommend and execute initiatives to improve the team’s performance, while ensuring you build on each Customer Success Representatives’ unique strengths.
  • Handle escalations and resolve our most challenging and complex problems.
  • Manage special projects to help our most valuable customers and unlock growth.
  • Work closely with our leaders to make sure KPIs and goals are met.
  • Plan and present reports on KPIs, strategy, and monthly initiatives to increase the market share.
  • Take ownership of The/Studio’s growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in inbound sales and customer service (chat, phone calls, emails) with experience in managing a team with a track record of delivering results.
  • Strong sales background. Experience in full sales cycle, coaching sales teams at a growth stage B2B/B2C. Startup and E-Commerce experience is a plus.
  • Ability to receive data and turn it into actions to improve team metrics
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English.
  • A great motivator and a career champion that invests in coaching and development.
  • Self-starter. Resilient, optimistic, and possesses a growth mindset.
  • Solution-oriented and excellent customer handling skills.
  • Knowledge in CRM platforms and Google Suite is a plus.
  • Available to work at Pacific Standard Time (PST)
  • Must be ready to work remotely (own laptop/PC with at least 8GB RAM, own headset and webcam, fast and stable internet connection at home).
