We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Digital Marketing & Strategy Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Purpose of Position


  • To lead and drive digital marketing initiatives within the School, and formulate effective strategies to achieve the School’s objectives through digital channels.
  • The role encompasses overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
  • The digital Marketing and Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall digital strategy of the School, contributing to its growth, brand visibility, and market positioning in the digital landscape.
  • Ultimately, the purpose of the role is to leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance the School’s presence, engage target audiences, and drive successful outcomes aligned with School’s goals.

Essential Duties / Key Job Roles And Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve annual growth in online brand presence.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement, resulting in increase in market share.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, aiming for increase in leads generated.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, with the goal of achieving improvement in conversion rates through A/B testing.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, with the target of achieving increase in overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring reduction in CPA through efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor spending against budget and adjust strategies as needed to achieve improvement in budget efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content, resulting in increase in organic search traffic.
  • Implement content distribution and promotion strategies to achieve increase in social media engagement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics, aiming for improvement in data accuracy.
  • Implement training programs and strategies to ensure the team stays at the forefront of digital marketing trends, resulting in increase in team productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals, resulting in increase in cross-functional synergy.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels, achieving a 10% improvement in brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

Professional Qualification:

  • Relevant digital Marketing Certifications.

Experience:

  • Minimum of  6 years in Strategy and Digital Marketing.

Required Competencies:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.

2.) Webmaster

Job Location: Lagos

Purpose of the Position

  • To take ownership of the School’s online presence. The job holder is entrusted with ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of the websites.
  • The role involves responsibilities, including managing and maintaining web properties, implementing improvements, and enhancing user experience.
  • The successful candidate is expected to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) that directly contribute to the overall success of the organization’s digital presence.
  • Essentially, the purpose is to have a skilled Webmaster who can effectively oversee, enhance, and maintain the organization’s online platforms to meet strategic goals and provide excellent user experience.

Essential Duties / Key Job Roles And Responsibilities

  • Ensure the overall health, functionality, and security of company websites.
  • Achieve 99.9% website uptime, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  • Oversee the creation, updating, and deletion of web content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Implement a content management strategy that results in increase in user engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize website speed, aiming for a load time of 3 seconds or less.
  • Implement strategies to achieve improvement in overall website performance.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for different business functions.
  • Set targets for KPIs and track performance against goals.
  • Monitor and improve website rankings, aiming for improvement in search engine positions.
  • Implement robust security measures to safeguard against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  •  Achieve a 100% compliance rating in data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Conduct regular UX audits and implement improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Achieve increase in user satisfaction scores through user feedback and usability testing.
  • Implement SEO best practices to achieve increase in organic search traffic.
  • Address and resolve technical issues promptly to achieve reduction in website-related support tickets.
  • Implement preventive measures to minimize future technical disruptions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field

Professional Qualification:

  • Relevant Webmaster Certification.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years in a Webmaster related role

Required Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Webmaster or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools
  • Experience with SEO best practices and web security measures
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Location: Lagos

Purpose of Position

  • The primary purpose is to utilize data-driven approaches to enhance the organization’s understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and operational performance.
  • Ultimately, the role aims to support evidence-based decision-making, leading to more informed and effective strategies that positively impact the organization’s goals and outcomes.

Essential Duties / Key Job Roles And Responsibilities

  • Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to streamline the collection process.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Provide insightful data interpretations to support business strategy.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for different business functions.
  • Set targets for KPIs and track performance against goals.
  • Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.
  • Evaluate model accuracy and refine as necessary to achieve a minimum of 85%.
  • Analyze competitor data and market benchmarks.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years in Research and Data Analyst.

Required Competencies:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and research
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of database management and SQL
