1.) Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Brief

  • We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to join our team as a sales and marketing officer.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.


  • Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
  • Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
  • Preparing budget and time constraints.
  • Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
  • Handling complaints of the clients.
  • Negotiating the deals with the clients.
  • Working in collaboration with the Media department.
  • Professionally answering client’s questions.
  • Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.
  • Taking feedback from the clients.
  • Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
  • Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
  • Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns.


  • National Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software.
  • A result-driven and organized individual.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Good negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Outstanding project management skills.

N50,000 monthly.

2.) Inventory / Administrative Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Brief

  • We are looking to hire a competent Inventory Officer to monitor and report on the company’s inventory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and materials to identify shortages
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business related to Inventory Management, Accounting, etc.
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience
  • Proven experience as an inventory manager or similar position
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports

3.) School Secretary / Administrative Officer

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a school secretary / administrative officer who will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the school administrative office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining student records, including enrollment, attendance, and grades.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, such as phone calls, emails, and letters.
  • Assisting with the coordination of student transportation and school bus schedules.
  • Supporting the school administration in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and purchasing supplies.
  • Assisting with the coordination of school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and graduation ceremonies.
  • Maintaining and updating the school’s website and social media platforms.
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of school newsletters, announcements, and other communications to parents, students, and staff.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the school administration.
  • Managing the school’s filing system, including organizing and archiving documents related to students, staff, and school operations.
  • Providing general administrative support to teachers, staff, and parents, including photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of student and staff information


  • Degree in Education or a similar field
  • 2-4 years of experience as a School Secretary/Administrator
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational ability
  • Experience as an educator is a plus
  • Knowledge of administrative processes of schools
  • Ability to use computers (e.g. MS Office) and education management systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
