Job Summary

  • We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints at KoloExpress. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
  • To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and must also be computer literate. KoloExpress is an ecommerce and logistics company.


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.


  • HND or B.Sc. degree in a relevant course.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our growing company at KoloExpress. KoloExpress is an ecommerce and logistics company.
  • You will greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office and determine their reason for their visit.
  • Other job duties include answering phones and emails, entering information into our database, organizing files, and making copies. We prefer candidates who have some experience in an administrative role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
  • Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
  • Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities
  • Make travel arrangements for staff
  • Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
  • Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies for each department
  • Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess OND with 3-5 years experience
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Computer literate (proficiency with Microsoft Office will be preferred)

Job Description:

  • We are looking for an Office Manager to handle the marketing tasks at KoloExpress. The Office manager will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors/guests receive a heartwarming welcome. He/she will also coordinate all administrative activities, including mails, calls, reservations and customers’ services.
  • Must possess the ability to combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team to provide professional and friendly service to our customers.
  • Must possess efficient problem-solving skills and has a solid customer service approach.


  • Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff.
  • Coordinating the marketing activities of the company.
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order.
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.


  • Proven work experience in an administrative role for about 3 to 5years.

  • Must be resident in Ibadan.
