We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Enterprise Sales Lead

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose & Key Deliverables


  • Generate quality online and offline leads in a bid to increasing conversions, promoting the organization and products, customer win back and retention, efficiently manages the sales pipeline to meet set targets, knowledge sharing sessions with other team members.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecoms sales (Dedicated Internet, VPN, Dark Fiber, Long-haul).
  • Good communication skill and
  • Smart bid presentation,
  • Good usage of excel, word and power point presentation.

Desireable Requirement:

  • Smart, Intelligent, go-getter and a goal getter

2.) Project Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

  • The project officer will report directly to the project manager and assist with all aspects of the project from initiation to closure.
  • They’ll be results-oriented and motivated, accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a history of assisting project managers with delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Time management skillsare a must, as well as paying close attention to detail, and being accurate and reliable.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop project strategies
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Organize and motivate the project team
  • Undertake project tasks as required
  • Manage deployment of deliverables
  • Ensure project deadlines are met
  • Manage project documentation and reporting
  • Track budget, activities, progress, etc.
  • Organize meetings
  • Take meeting notes
  • Executeproject administration
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Evaluate project performance
  • Determine project changes
  • Help provide resources

Requirements
Education:

  • At least a BA in Project Management or a related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Certification preferred

3.) Project Manager

Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to project risks
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications

  • M.Sc in Computer Science / Information Management Technology.
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology

Requirements and Skills:

  • Great educational background,preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
