Established with a vision to redefine the real estate industry by building sustainable dreams one individual per time, propelled by innovation thus making livelihoods seamless and ideal for the provision of premium housing units across all strata of people, is set to recruit 20 young Nigerians.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Sales Executive / Marketer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking well seasoned experienced Real Estate Marketer with not Less than 3 years of experience to join our team.
  • As a Marketer, you will be responsible for selling our landed properties and utilizing digital marketing strategies to drive sales and generate leads.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, with specific knowledge and experience,

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking activities.
  • Present and demonstrate property features to potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to property handover.
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, NCE or OND qualification with 3+ years of work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationship with clients
  • Must be willing to work weekends if need arises.
  • Must be computer literate and social media savvy
  • Must have experience in real estate industry
  • It's performance driven.

Remuneration
Very competitive Salary + Commission on all sales.

2.) Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence in the real estate industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue through effective business development strategies.

Responsibilities
Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business expansion.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Lead Generation:

  • Generate new business leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, real estate developers, and industry partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their objectives.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Negotiation and Closing:

Remuneration

  • Salary: N350,000 monthly
  • Sales Commission.
